Hello! I am Shweta Salpe
I'm a Product Designer with 12 years of industry experience and a passion for great design. My career began as a systems analyst, where I worked with complex data models that taught me how to deconstruct and understand business challenges from the backend. After completing my postgraduate studies in Product Design, I was able to see those same challenges with a designer's mindset. Since then, I've loved being "team user" and helping businesses find their way into user-centered design.
I've partnered with a diverse group of clients, from B2B to B2C, including Fortune 500 companies, to transform their business goals into impactful design strategies. I love collaborating with product teams, engineering and business stakeholders to solve and simplify complex business challenges which help teams uncover opportunities and shape product visions.
As a leader, my style is player-coach. I love to stay hands-on in the work, while also dedicating time to mentor my team, helping them to expand their skills and scale the team's impact.
